I had a dream last night that was somehow a cross-over of B99 and Pacific Rim. So it was like an office comedy- but with giant monsters and fighting robots.

And it is killing me  that I can’t remember anything from it other than the general gist of it and that Charlie Day was there. But apparently it was hilarious.

Hey, thanks for the mental image of Stacker Pentecost taking a hula-hooping class for fun and fitness.

DRIFT COMPATIBLE

Meanwhile, in the OTHER side of the crossover where the cast of B99 is all piloting jaegers-

Every one of them is drift compatible with each other and they all pilot a giant fighting robot.

Except for Scully and Hitchcock, who are only drift compatible with each other. They use their jaeger for fast food runs.

I just like the idea of Amy and Terry piloting a Jaeger together

Hitchcock and Scully are 100% drift compatible, but can’t figure out how to make a Jaeger work.

Gina can pilot one on her own.

I have been thinking about this ALL DAY.

Gina can pilot one on her own because she is the greatest but you know its lonely at the top so occasionally she lets other people share control I guess.

She’s definitely compatible with Charles, but her reaction is a hearty ‘ugh.’

Amy and Terry are drift compatible, but both of them are surprised when they discover this.

Jake and Charles and Rosa pilot a three-person jaeger and no one can explain why it always smells like turkey broth. Just kidding. Everyone knows why it always smells like turkey broth.

Also compatible with Jake is Doug Judy. But that should be obvious. Rosa has to be literally anywhere else or it doesn’t work. Their jaeger is named “Die Hard with A Vengeance” but for legal reasons they have to call it “Vengeance.”

Captain Holt is compatible with Amy and she is delighted but Holt is already exhausted.

Anyone that drifts with Terry suddenly has an unexplained love of yogurt.

Cue The Pacific Rim theme, only played like…
