Fedex says that this “smartpost” thing is supposed to make shipping faster and easier

I just watched my package take 7 hours to go from one Fedex spot to the other one that is 40 minutes away

Like seriously? My house is two hours away, you could’ve just driven down here and delivered it me already why are we even bothering with having the USPS deliver it instead of Fedex directly??
