get a pc and keep the occasional steam discounts and pc copy of da:i that i already have

or get a xbox one x and not have to worry about specs and this graphics card vs that one or should i just build my own pc and hooking it up to the tv and getting a virus and how wasteful it must appear to have a laptop and pc but might have to get a second copy of da:i for xbox since i guess pc games can’t be played on xbox…
