do they see me on their people you might know list and go hmm maybe its the Alzheimer’s telling me that I’ve never seen this person before

Here’s a question:

Why do old people that are FB friends with my 60+ year old aunt and uncle think its an ok idea to send me, their 22 year old niece, friend requests on FB???

Like why?!? Do they really think I’ll accept, I’ve never fuckin met these people?! Of course I’m not going to click “Accept Friend Request”, I don’t want to see your wrinkly sailor ass on my newsfeed, like jfc I barely want to see my aunts on my newsfeed, so just stop.

What is their thought process behind these decisions, it’s ridiculous…
