Hey everybody, I’m playing DnD with the potential to go all the way to Level 20! It’s adventure league though, and a HUGE group so this is more for mechanical fun than character flavorful. Help me pick which way to go:
A) Half-Orc Druid Circle of the Shepard, primarily built for in-the-fray-support. I will use bark-skin and later FEATS. to build up a high AC and mostly use daggers and spells and my shield to attack. She’s able to gather and retain information very well while being the most diplomatic of the group, best for rpg.
B) A Paladin, Rogue Multiclass. Straight lifted from Vax I just wanna DAGGER-DAGGER-DAGGER, ACTION ACTION BONUS ACTION MOVEMENT! (Also My DM is a critter and it could be funny for us). I would pick Kenku so that I get a DEX boost, and small rpg advantages to mimic others (also, the adventure has Kenkus associated with one side of a gang war!)
C) A Ranger. I mix between DAGGER-DAGGER-DAGGER and the support druid. Rangers have access to 1 of the most powerful broken healing spells, as well as excellent ranged attacks. The powerful healing magic doesn’t kick in until later levels though, and being high level isn’t particularly OP (unlike the other two options). Just getting multi-attack. I would use human so I could get additional FEAT straight out of the gate, and play them like a gun slinger (since I can’t play Matt’s stuff in Adventure league)
If you managed to read all that, take my eternal blessings and go in peace ❤
I don’t know much about DnD, but a Paladin Rogue sounds like a hilarious oxymoron (that and the extra stabbing action :D)
