Question for people who take commissions:

Would it be considered rude to ask someone to “finish” a sketch? There’s an artist with a popular drawing series, and the ones in the series are pretty darn detailed, while there’s another drawing that’s my favorite and is kind of in the series too but the artist called it a “quick sketch” so it’s not quite as detailed as the others in the official series are

Would it be in poor taste to commission an artist to revisit a sketch and have them finish it to the same/similar level as the other drawings or no?
