Headcanon; Blackwatch Jesse is chubbier than current Jesse due to keeping the same eating style from when he was first brought in from Deadlock and needed to put on more weight. Lots of muscle under the soft but still plenty of soft. Current Jesse is living on whiskey and eating outta the trash.
