If two people were connected so that person A could feel what person B was feeling (physically wise), would person A be able to hear what person B is hearing too 

Since sound is just air particles and sound waves bending the hairs in your inner ear in minute amounts to send specific electric signals to the brain that are then processed and translated as actual words and things…

would person A need to have the sound waves actually present to hear what person B’s hearing, or would the connection include the physical sensation of the bending ear hairs so that those signals would also be sent to A without actual sound?
