Are you guys ever dumbfounded by the impossibility of life with animals? I just was. This exact thought ran through my head:

“I live in a house with four carnivores of varying sizes, and all of them are sitting here next to me because they want my pita chips.”

I tried to express this weirdness to my husband and he thought it was odd I even THOUGHT about it like this but YEAH there’s an entirely different species IN MY HOUSE that I live with and we communicate through noises neither of us fully understands and I feed them and they like when I pet them and stuff like what the fuck this is so weird
