During parts of the year America is the guide for the white house tour where he proceeds to go pretty much anywhere he fancies (which is hardly any of the actual tour spots) leading to disrupting anyone who is in his path as he chats and shows off all the white house staff. Today he’s in charge of guiding the Harrison junior civics club.
