can we just take a moment to appreciate that lance is always the one who can loosen everyone up?? especially shiro?? like, in episode three he goes through some hella bad shit with his ptsd, and then loses the one person he knows could inform him about some of the memories he’s lost, said person dying right in front of him, and then in episode four lance starts a space snowball fight that has him loosening up and dropping the military command voice and genuine;y joining in and having fun and i think shiro really needs moments like that. i think they all need moments like that. lance is a blessing.
