Subject ‘Genji’ Has sustained severe damage from a propellor collision. Damage to both arms and lower fins have left him reluctant to interact with humans, and he often hides his face with a strip of cloth he stole from one of the tank caretakers, seemingly ashamed of his scars. Caudal fins have been replaced with hard light simulators and replacement prosthetic arms are currently under construction by Dr. Zeigler.
From what McCree has been able to gather, the wounds were caused when subject ‘Hanzo’ attempted to chase Genji away, resulting in the mer breaching and being caught in the current of a passing cruise liner.
