After seeing the leaked episodes and seeing how upset blue diamond was about losing pink diamond I was thinking that her clothing probably isn’t what she would regularly wear? I mean maybe it isn’t too important but looking at her portrait it is much more open than what we have seen her wearing so I think that these are her mourning clothes and she has been wearing them for 5000 earth years
